Client Agreement (Digital Acceptance)
By proceeding with onboarding or using platform features, you acknowledge and agree:
1. Nature of Engagement
- You are using a technology-enabled platform
- Services may include information, tools, and access to products
- No fiduciary or advisory relationship is assumed unless separately agreed
2. Suitability & Decisions
- You are responsible for evaluating suitability of investments
- All investment decisions are made at your own discretion
3. Data Usage
You consent to use of your data for:
- Profiling
- Personalization
- Platform improvement
As per the Privacy Policy.
4. Third-Party Products
- Investments may be executed through third-party providerss
- Their terms and risks apply independently
5. Risk Acknowledgement
You confirm that:
- You understand investment risks
- You are aware of possible losses
- You accept responsibility for outcomes
6. Digital Consent
- Your acceptance (checkbox / click) constitutes a valid agreement
- No physical signature is required
7. Right to Exit
- You may discontinue use at any time
- Existing investments remain subject to respective product terms
8. Limitation of Responsibility
We are not responsible for:
- Market losses
- Third-party product performance
- Delays or errors beyond reasonable control
